美人は食いしん坊

。。。亡き父は、私がいつも美味しそうに食べていると嬉しそうにそう言ってくれました。

何でも食べる。いろいろな物を食べる。

美味しいと感じながら食べる。

それがどれほど健康に大切であるか，知っていたのだと思います。

　あまりにも大きくなりすぎた私を前に、夫はいつも

「お義父さんも余計なことを。。。」と呆れ顔。

でも、家族の幸せはすべて食卓にあると、そう信じながら、毎日台所に立っています。
